The objective of these guidelines is to provide partners with a clear type of models that they can use in implementing pilots and in particular using a best practice approach to service delivery. The guidelines cover: - Section 2 The generic components for all models - Section 3 Refined version of each model showing specific unique elements - Section 4 Role of pilots in the CBW programme - Section 5 Proposed criteria and pilots - Section 6 Guidelines for implementation (including documentation and evaluation)
