This issue of the CBW Newsletter focuses on the role of Community Animal Health Workers as an example of improved service delivery within the semi-arid areas (ASAL) of north-eastern Kenya. It also provides an update of the four country CBW project that is testing approaches to improved service delivery in the natural resource and HIV/AIDS sectors.
