This issue of theCBW Newsletter expands on the notion of service delivery to poor communities by looking at Community-Based Workers (CBWs) as a focus for decentralised service delivery in Peru. It also highlights lessons learnt from a study tour held in October 2005 by representatives of the four countries involved in the CBW project.
