Khanya-aicdd conducted a rapid assessment of African Monitor Trust's Grassroots Capacity Building Initiative from 4 - 15 February, 2010.  This Initiative aims to influence development interventions, so that they prioritize their livelihood needs through monitoring. This approach is informed by the belief and assumption that grassroots communities have at their disposal, resources that can be harnessed to monitor devliery.

This assessment was conducted in Cape Town (South Africa), Kenya and Ghana.
