(+2007) Currently working as the Learning and Sharing Practice Manager for Khanya-aicdd. I have more than a decade of experience in the development sector having worked primarily in the capacity building, organisation development, and community development arenas through a variety of urban sector and rural sector NGO’s and NPO’s. In addition to this I have built up significant expertise and experience in M&E for learning purposes. I am a Social Sciences graduate with Industrial, Organisation & Labour Studies majors and my interest lies in linking issues of land and labour to sustainable livelihoods.
